Since childhood, Veronica has always wondered about the mysteries of the Cosmos.
This led her to study religion and philosophy, and eventually the work of Carl Jung. Feeling drawn to the visionary and spiritual side of Jung’s deep psychological work, she also studied mysticism and various shamanic traditions, combining them into her work as a depth psychologist, teacher, therapist, pilgrimage leader, and author.
In addition to her studies, dreams and personal interest have led Veronica to travel to some of the sacred landscapes of Palestine, Greece, Great Britain, France, Malta, Peru, and Egypt, to learn from their mythic stories, temple sanctuaries and mystery schools, and healing protocols. Some of her own pilgrimage offerings, in addition to her solo Camino walks, were inspired by the traditions of these cultures.
She is especially interested in how fostering a deep connection with nature, the power of dreaming, and sacred journeying leads to the depths of soul and spirit, greater wisdom, and a broader conception of the cosmos.
Veronica is Professor Emerita at Pacifica Graduate Institute, and an Affiliate Member of the Inter-regional Society of Jungian Analysts.
She is the author of Songlines of the Soul: Pathways to a New Vision for a New Century, and Eros and Chaos: The Sacred Mysteries and Dark Shadows of Love. Veronica lives in SW France.
